1. Who we are

Location Finder — Property Scout Pro is an initiative powered by alphazulu AI. This policy explains what personal data we handle when you use the Service, and how you can control it.

2. What we collect

Account data: email address, username, full name, company or production, professional role, industry, home city, country and optional phone number.

Search data: reference images you upload, the search criteria in your Search Brief, saved searches and batch files, and the results returned.

Subscription data: the plan and billing period you select and a prototype reference number. No card numbers are collected in this build.

Usage data: page views, sign-ins, search runs, exports, saved-search conversions and error events, recorded so we can monitor reliability and improve the match engine.

3. Why we use it

To authenticate you, run and score searches, retain your saved searches, present your subscription level, provide support, detect abuse of search allowances, and improve accuracy and performance. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your uploads for advertising.

4. Third parties

The Service relies on a managed cloud database and authentication provider, and on third-party mapping, street-level imagery and publicly accessible listing sources used to build results. Search parameters may be transmitted to those providers to retrieve imagery and place data. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.

5. Retention

Account and subscription records are kept for as long as your account is active. Saved searches and uploaded reference images are kept until you delete them or close your account. Aggregate usage analytics may be retained in anonymised form. Feedback submissions are kept until moderation is complete and then archived.

6. Security

Data is stored in a managed database with row-level access rules so each account can only reach its own records. Administrative views are restricted to the site administrator role. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.

7. Your rights

You can view and correct your details at any time on your profile page, change your password there, export your results as CSV or JPG, and request deletion of your account and associated data. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to object to processing or to request a copy of your data. Requests can be made through the Send Feedback page.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use essential storage only: a session token to keep you signed in, plus local and session storage that remembers your plan choice and keeps your Search Console workspace in place while you move between pages. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

9. Children

The Service is intended for professional use and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes and contact

We will announce material changes to this policy in the app. For privacy questions or requests, use the Send Feedback page and mark the category as Privacy.
