Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Location Finder — Property Scout Pro (the “Service”), an initiative powered by alphazulu AI. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, production or brokerage, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity carried out under your account. Accounts are for named individuals; multi-user seats are available on the Studio level. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Subscriptions and search allowances

Each subscription level carries a monthly search allowance as published on the plans section of the home page. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period and unused searches do not carry forward. Monthly plans renew monthly, annual plans renew annually, and either may be cancelled effective at the end of the current period.

This build is a prototype: no payment processor is connected and no card details are collected or charged.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to harass, stalk or surveil any individual, to gain unauthorised access to private property, to scrape or resell results at scale, to circumvent search allowances, or to breach the terms of any third-party mapping, imagery or listing provider. Results identify places, not people.

5. Third-party data

Address, imagery, mapping and listing information is derived from third-party sources including mapping and street-level imagery providers and publicly accessible real estate listings. Those sources impose their own terms and their coverage, currency and accuracy vary by region. Match percentages are probabilistic scoring aids, not professional advice, valuations or confirmations of availability. Always verify a location and obtain permission before shooting, marketing or entering a property.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of reference images and search criteria you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them for the purpose of returning matches and operating the Service. Do not upload material you have no right to use.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its match engine, interface and documentation remain the property of alphazulu AI. You may use exports internally and share shortlists with clients and collaborators; you may not resell the Service or present it as your own product.

8. Availability and liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, alphazulu AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost production time, or decisions taken in reliance on match results. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, misuse of third-party data, or non-payment. You may close your account at any time from your profile page; we will delete or anonymise your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms can be sent through the Send Feedback page.
